Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Telehealth Informed Consent. If you do not agree, do not use the services. These terms are between you and [Legal entity name, e.g. AllpointeRX, LLC].

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where services are available. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.

Not for emergencies

Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

Medical services

AllpointeRX is not a medical provider. Medical services are provided by independent, licensed clinicians who exercise their own professional judgment. A prescription is issued only when a clinician determines it is medically appropriate. Website content is for general information and is not medical advice.

Prescriptions, pharmacies, and compounded medications

Prescriptions are filled by independent, licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality. A clinician may prescribe a compounded medication only when it is medically appropriate and permitted by law. Results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Payments, subscriptions, and cancellation

Prices, billing frequency, and cancellation terms are disclosed before you purchase. If you enroll in a recurring plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel through your account or by contacting support before your next billing date. Because of pharmacy regulations, dispensed medications generally cannot be returned.

Acceptable use

  • Do not provide false information or impersonate another person.
  • Do not resell or share prescribed medications.
  • Do not interfere with the security or operation of the website.
  • Do not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the website or its content.

Intellectual property

The website, its content, and our trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for professional medical negligence by treating clinicians.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [State of incorporation], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us to try to resolve the dispute informally.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
